Delete your account

WHO I BECOME by Future Labs

You can permanently delete your WHO I BECOME account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open WHO I BECOME and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings gear on the Home screen.
3. Tap Privacy & your data.
4. Under Delete account, tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away.

By email (if you can't use the app)

Email support@futurelabs.space from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple or Google, use that account's email address. We'll confirm the request came from you, delete the account within 7 days, and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and sign-in details
• Your answers and your Future Self
• Conversations and calls with Future You, and their transcripts
• Stories, daily messages and your replies
• Memories, goals and progress
• Generated audio
• Reports you sent us about AI replies
• Usage records and AI request logs linked to your account

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups made by our database provider may hold deleted data for a short time until they expire. They are not used for anything else.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are kept by them as their own policies and tax law require.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your phone's subscription settings so you aren't charged again.
